Summer Worship Schedule and Parking Reminders

Apex UMCOur summer worship schedule continues through July 30; on Sunday, Aug. 6, we will return to four Sunday worship services: 8:15 and 11:00 traditional and 9:35 and 11:00 contemporary. Sunday School for children and youth will resume on Aug. 13, and we will go back to Children’s Church only at the 11:00 hour. read more…

VBS 2017

Step back in time and experience what life was like in first-century Rome! At this year’s Vacation Bible School, kids are transported to ancient Rome where they’ll meet Bible-times heroes, visit the Roman marketplace and spend time exploring firsthand the unique culture of Paul’s world. read more…

Movie Night

On Saturday, Aug. 19, you are invited to watch the newly-released movie The Case for Christ. The movie is based on the true story of Lee Strobel, an atheist investigative journalist and his epic journey seeking to disprove Jesus’ existence. read more…

Family Promise Host Week

We are excited to welcome families from Family Promise for two weeks, Aug. 6-20. Family Promise provides temporary stability to homeless families as they work toward permanent independence. read more…

Baptism Class

If you are considering baptizing your child, join us Aug. 6 from 2:15-3 p.m. in DC 407 as our baptismal covenant is explained. If you plan to attend, please email Amie Stewart. 100th Anniversary Celebration

This fall, our church has the opportunity to celebrate a significant milestone – the 100th anniversary of our sanctuary.
